The Rhema
Outreach Christian Center (ROCC)

with us. Rhema Outreach
Christian Center is a dynamic
word based ministry located in
the city of Charlotte where the
Pastors are Anthony and Renee
Williams. Knowing the call of
God on their lives to start ROCC
in the metro Charlotte area,
Pastor Anthony and Renee
Williams along with their son
Jonathan and two other families
took a bold leap of faith and
moved from GA to the metro
Charlotte area in the summer of
2008. It was during this time
Rhema Outreach Christian Center
was birthed. ROCC held it’s
inaugural worship service on
Sunday October 5, 2008 at the
Holiday Inn University Executive
Park Drive. Over forty people
attended the initial worship
celebration.
Since the start of ROCC God has been faithful to
His promise to grow the
ministry. Currently ROCC is
involved with numerous outreach
projects in metro Charlotte
ranging from ministering to the
homeless to street evangelism.
ROCC also produces a weekly
radio broadcast entitled the
Fulfilled Promises Broadcast,
which airs locally every
Saturday on WOGR (88.3 FM and
1540 AM). The broadcast also
airs on the Internet at
www.wordent.org. God has given
Pastor Anthony and Renee a
powerful vision to advance His
Kingdom by teaching people of
all cultures the uncompromising
word of God so they can maximize
their lives, families, and
relationships. It is truly their
desire to make a spiritual mark
on the lives of people around
the world that will never be
erased.
